Early Warning System for Sea Water Radiation Levels

The  seawater radiation monitoring system is designed to provide continuous, real-time surveillance of radiological conditions throughout the desalination process, from intake to treatment. The system consists of radiation-measuring data buoys strategically deployed at the seawater intake to detect and transmit early warning signals of any abnormal radioactivity levels in the marine environment. These offshore monitoring units are integrated with an onshore radiation measuring system that performs continuous analysis, data logging, alarm generation, and regulatory reporting. 

In addition, specialized samplers installed within the desalination plant collect and analyze water samples at critical process points to verify treatment efficiency and ensure that no radioactive contaminants enter the potable water supply. Together, these components create a comprehensive, multi-layered monitoring network that safeguards public health, protects plant infrastructure, and ensures compliance with environmental and nuclear safety standards.
